Is the Racqlo app free?
Yes. It is free for players, always, on iPhone and Android.
How do I earn points?
Open your pass in the app when you arrive, and staff scan it at reception, or you scan yourself in at the club's kiosk. Your points update straight away.
Can I use one app at more than one club?
Yes. One pass works at every Racqlo club. Each club keeps its own points, tiers and rewards, and they all sit in the same app.
What rewards can I get?
Each club chooses its own, so they vary from club to club. Clubs also run challenges, events and cheaper courts at quiet times, and you see them all in the app after joining.
What if my club isn't on Racqlo?
Tell them about it. Clubs can get in touch with us through our website, and there is nothing for you to pay.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from the app: Profile, then Delete my account. You don't need to email anyone.
