Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Racqlo app (the “App”) and your membership of any club rewards programme you join through it (a “Programme”). By creating an account and accepting these terms in the App, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Racqlo operates the App. Each club sets and runs its own Programme (what you earn there, what you can redeem, and how your membership at that club works) and is responsible for it. Your points, tier and rewards are held separately at each club, and nothing you earn at one club carries over to another.

You must be 16 or over to hold a Racqlo account, and you confirm that you are when you sign up. We may close an account if we reasonably believe the person using it is under that age.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date via your Profile. Each person may hold one membership. Your account is personal to you and isn’t transferable to anyone else.

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code or link. Keep access to your email address secure, since it’s how your account is protected.

You earn points by checking in at a club that uses Racqlo: show your membership pass (QR code) to a staff member, who scans it to record your visit. Points are earned at, and held by, that club. Points awarded per visit, any daily check-in limit, and the minimum time between check-ins are set by each club and may change from time to time.

Your membership pass is a temporary code that expires within seconds and is tied to your account only. It doesn’t carry your name, email, or any personal details, and can’t meaningfully be used by anyone else.

Points have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, or transferred between members.

Your membership tier is based on your lifetime points and unlocks additional benefits (for example, discounts or priority access) as you progress. Benefits are described in the App and may be limited in how often they can be used, restricted to certain tiers, or require an active visit to activate. A club may add, change, or withdraw its tiers and benefits at its discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes.

You can redeem points for rewards shown in the App, while they’re available. Some rewards have limited stock or a cap on how many times one member can redeem them. Redeeming a reward gives you a redemption code to show staff, who confirm and fulfil it in person. Redemption isn’t complete, and your points aren’t restored, once a redemption request has been made.

Some rewards are age-restricted by law. Alcohol is the common one, as clubs add bars and kitchens. Meeting Racqlo’s minimum age does not entitle you to those. They are handed over in person like any other reward, and club staff will ask for proof of age where the law requires it, whatever your membership says.

Rewards, their point cost, and availability may change at any time. Neither Racqlo nor the club is responsible if a reward becomes unavailable before you redeem it.

Programme announcements always appear in your App feed. If you enable push notifications or opt in to marketing emails, we’ll also reach you that way. You can turn either off at any time from your device settings or your Profile. Some emails (like sign-in codes) are necessary to operate your account and aren’t optional.

Don’t attempt to falsify check-ins, share your membership pass to earn points on someone else’s behalf, or otherwise abuse the Programme. We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively, and may reverse points or redemptions obtained that way.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. This removes your personal details and ends your membership; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the Programme’s rules change. We’ll let you know about material changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

The Programme is provided on an “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access to the App, or that any particular reward will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with a Programme is limited to the value of points in your account at that club at the time of the issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
