Delete your Racqlo account

Open the Racqlo app, go to Profile, then Delete my account, and confirm. It takes effect straight away: the account can’t be signed into again, and any other device still signed in loses access within the hour.

Email support@racqlo.com from the email address on your Racqlo account, with the subject “Delete my Racqlo account”. If you signed up with Apple and chose to hide your email, send it from the address Apple forwards to. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. If the request comes from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm from the account’s own address first, so no one else can delete it.

• Your name, email address and profile photo.
• Your sign-in, so the account can’t be used again.
• Your marketing choices, the notifications in your inbox, and the push notification tokens for your devices.
• Your membership pass codes, including the key your phone uses to make them offline.
• Everything the app saved on your phone, when you delete from the app.

Each club you belonged to keeps an anonymised record of your past visits, points and reward redemptions, with no name, email or photo attached. They need accurate totals for their own accounts and reports, and the record can no longer be linked to you. Your memberships are marked as ended.

Our database backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle, so anything already in a backup is gone within 30 days.
